Understanding your story

We always start by getting to know you, to help us better understand how we may be able to help, we work mainly by recommendation and are focussed on a limited number of Weddings each year which means you have our undivided attention.
  As each of our weddings are unique, we don’t work with set package prices we tailor ourselves to your needs, once we have had an initial consultation we can discuss your investment, there are no additional fees, so you know exactly where you stand.
 

Designing and Styling your day

Once we have considered your preferred date and venue, we use the power of creativity to help capture your vision and translate it into design and logistics.
  We work within our online design studio collating ideas, visuals, themes and colours for your day, our style is very collaborative, and we have fun working with you to style your day but if your lifestyle is busy, we can also create independently. Our approach is very flexible as we understand every client is unique.
 

Planning and Logistics

It might not sound exciting, but it’s nevertheless a crucial part of the process, one of the biggest concerns from prospective clients is the fear that their Budget might spiral out of control! Our focussed approach to every event we manage ensures your celebration reflects what is important to you, whilst our experience will provide an endless source of inspiration, ideas, and advice. We work with your budget whilst sourcing suppliers, we will help you navigate the many choices and keep you on track when you are tempted to go ‘ off-piste !’ We work in collaboration with you ensuring you have an up-to-date picture of the ongoing spend, automatically giving you payment reminders to keep you on track.
 

Sourcing the best Suppliers

Over the years we have built a trusted list of recommended suppliers, everything from cake making to flame throwing from catering to hot air balloon experiences, from florists to jazz bands and everything in between. Our team are fully bilingual, and our contacts are not only experienced vendors but also great people, as the team you have around you on the day is crucial to the overall success. We don’t accept commissions from any suppliers or partners we work with so you can rest assured that if we are recommending someone to you, it is with your best interests at heart, based purely on their experience and fit, always taking into consideration your overall Budget, transparency is important to us.
 

Planning Timelines

We will be in constant communication, working with detailed timelines to ensure nothing is forgotten or overlooked. We are here to troubleshoot so that you don’t have to, we offer support, guidance, and experience so you can spend precious time enjoying your planning journey instead of worrying about the logistical details.
 

By your side all the Way

Our relationship will usually have spanned 18 months, sometimes longer. It’s important that you have the continuity of support, Julia will personally be there with you on your day to provide on the day coordination, offering support and guidance to ensure the day reflects your vision and dreams.
